Main Activities: using pro bono method to improve the sustainable development of China’s nascent charities, providing them with specialised human resources. 


With international help and cooperation, Huizeren encourages and enables business professionals to donate their time and skills to private charities and NGOs, and work as volunteers in the areas of finance, consulting, professional couching and project management. By improving capacity and resource provision of NGOs, it makes sure that the vulnerable groups served by NGOs receive better social services. As a result,it helps to improve social creativity and civil society.



Now, Huizeren is becoming more and more recognised by some enterprises and foundations. In the future, it will become an important power to improve the capacity building of NGOs.

Mr. ZHU Pengcheng serves as the program director in Huizeren, Beijing. After graduation from Shanghai Jiaotong University,Mr.Zhu became a volunteer in 2003 in Shanghai Greenroot (an environment charity), Mr. Zhu developed a strong desire for non-profit work and finally joined Huizeren in 2012 as a full time worker. As the program director, Mr. Zhuis directly responsible for the initiation, marketing and international cooperation of pro bono work, and thanks to his work, the pro bono work of Huizeren has gained traction among China’s new professionals and received support from multinational businesses including Microsoft, HP and IBM.
